By downloading, accessing, or using Glowmi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

About Glowmi

Glowmi is an AI makeup assistant that provides cosmetic guidance, including skin analysis for visible characteristics, virtual makeup try-on, look feedback, and personalized color palette suggestions. Glowmi is designed for cosmetic and beauty purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Glowmi Pro

Glowmi offers Glowmi Pro for access to AI features and premium app functionality.

  • AI features require an active Glowmi Pro membership
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • You can manage your membership in your App Store account settings
  • Usage limits apply to AI features on a fair daily or monthly basis

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Glowmi only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Upload content you do not have the right to use
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the app or its AI features
  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Misrepresent AI-generated suggestions as professional medical or dermatological advice

AI Features Disclaimer

AI-generated results in Glowmi, including skin analysis, color palette suggestions, try-on previews, and look feedback, are provided for cosmetic guidance and entertainment purposes only. Results are suggestions, not guarantees. Glowmi does not replace professional makeup artists, estheticians, or dermatologists. Always use your own judgment when making makeup decisions.

Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to Glowmi. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide app features to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Limitation of Liability

Glowmi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on AI-generated suggestions.

Changes to These Terms
